I have the strongest memory of being in philosophy class in college. We were studying Plato and Prof. Lang was quizzing us on part of Plato's world view. I'll spare you the details, but basically there is no "empty space" and when you move, everything else moves with you.
And I've been thinking about it a great deal recently. On top of our own big move to California, one of my brothers just found out that he will be going to med school this fall after all. The hitch being that he has to join the Navy.
There are so many changes right now, I can't handle it. Or rather I don't want to handle it. I want everything to slow down so I can catch my breath. But it won't.
Actually, these things come in threes...I'm guessing that in the next month either my sister or Bryan's sister will announce a pregnancy.
