The kids left a door open and a woodpecker flew in this morning. For the longest time we couldn't catch it. It kept trying to fly through one of the picture windows.
My mom tried to catch it with a fishing net, but that didn't work; she couldn't get it off the ledge. In the end, the kids and I made cat noises at the bird while my mom tried to knock it off the ledge. Eventually we got it close enough to an open door and it flew out of the house.
