This is Ginny. Ginny is a guinea hen (Numida meleagris, I think), and one of the ugliest birds I've seen, at least from the neck up. Ginny is pictured here standing on the railing of the Fennellys' lake house, where it has spent a good part of the summer hanging out, making odd noises and messing up the deck.
