That bread gets around

You might remember from an older post that our favorite brand of raisin bread is unavailable in CA.

While I was visiting NY last week, my mom was nice enough to get four loaves to bring back with me. That bread became quite well-traveled - it went on a train, four subway rides, spent a week in a hotel, was dragged down 8th Ave in NY, took a cross-country plane ride, and spent 20 minutes in a taxicab's trunk. It was remarkably unsquashed at the end.

It's now a little over a day since I've been back, and we've already finished off one loaf and the kids are eyeing the next.
