A Fried What?

At the amusement park today I sampled a new food. A new American delicacy, almost...a fried twinkie. Maura asked if I wanted one, and I after a moment's pause, I thought...why not? We had just passed on Maura's funnel cake because the line was too long, and the line for the twinkie was pretty short (surprise!). For those of you who haven't had the pleasure, it's not too bad. Think of a regular twinkie, only warm, with a doughy part that's too thick, and a stick in the middle. And, it's a bit heavier. Megan and Riley loved it. I'm not sure I'll be having another any time soon, but I'm glad to have one under my belt, so to speak.
