We hung out on the beach, took a short tour on a catamaran, went rafting and had a couple of nice dinners.
I also went mountain biking with a few people on Thursday, which was a fairly brutal experience. The first part of the trail (and the only part I completed) was about 2.5 miles of sand, all uphill. Ride a little, get off and push the bike a little, repeat...over and over again. By the time I got to the top I was exhausted, basically out of water, and had to return the bike in an hour, so I had to turn around. The day before we left, the trail was described as "not too bad" by a coworker, who happens to be a competitive triathlete. The next time I'll have to take his recommendations with a larger grain of salt. The views were really nice, though.
