Mother's Day Starts Early

My Self Portrait, part of the Eye-Fi setup
I accidentally figured out my Mother's Day present was this afternoon.  In my defense, Bryan did leave the receipt out, but to be fair to Bryan it really was a  odd set of circumstances that led to me in a location where I would see the receipt.  But it turned out for the best, because Megan could barely contain her excitement for me to show me the card that she made.  So I opened my present this afternoon.

Bryan and the kids gave me an Eye-Fi card for my camera.  And it is so cool.   I had seen in a magazine several months ago and Bryan and I geeked out about if for quite a while.  Since starting this blog, I've found that I really want to include pictures, but bar to getting the pictures off the camera is pretty high.  Not because attaching the camera to a USB cable is a challenge, but because it involves leaving my camera on a Riley accessible surface.

So far it has been ridiculously easy to use.  Tomorrow I'll put it through its paces.
