We have been home for almost three hours and Megan is doing great. Seriously, you wouldn't know that she had surgery this morning.
She has eaten a bowl of jello and a popsicle. Oh, and she exchanged her straight up juice for plain water. Apparently the juice was too juicey. But she is chipper and chatty and I've had to remind her twice to stop dancing or bouncing around.
Her nose is so clean. I can't remember the last time that she had a nose free of yucky yellow-green gunk.
She doesn't seem to be in much discomfort. We have just been giving her acetaminophen, which seems to be working beautifully. It will be every 4 hours today. Tomorrow we can may try to stretch out the dose a little bit more.
