This morning Megan requested scrambled eggs for breakfast apropos of pretty much nothing, Then my mother called at 7 am about a computer issue. distracting me for 20 minutes or so. And then we had to work on Megan's valentines, since there are 21 kids in her class and we have completed 7 valentines. (It is right about now each year I wish I didn't insist that we make valentines by hand.)
It was enough to make my head explode or at least deeply,
deeply regret that I gave up coffee for lent. And since I was feeling frazzled, the kids were extra crazy. I had to chase Riley around the house to get his clothes on. And while I was chasing Riley, when she should have been making valentines, Megan did this:
