Megan is wearing pants. Jeans no less! I wish I knew how she came to this decision, because last I knew only boys wore pants, especially blue jeans.Part of it may be that these pants were part of a collection of clothes that we got from her cousins. Hand-me-downs are her favorite clothes. Although she rejected them when I showed them to her last fall. I put them in bin - we happed across them when I was searching through old clothes to see if I could find some pants for Riley.
At this point, the pants have been around long enough that some of the distressing newness has wore off. Which makes them more acceptable. Or maybe I'm projecting. Or maybe the apple really doesn't fall that far from the tree. Who knows.
It is very odd to see her in pants. She looks so much more grown up to me.
