I totally killed at song time today.
I went with the Red Sox nation song because it is a total ear worm and a little more accessible than a 1940's song about a subway fare hike. The kids were really into it. I taught them the chorus and we all played air guitar during the verses. And afterwards I gave them Red Sox stickers that I printed out.
Sadly , the labels I printed the stickers on were circa 1996, so the adhesive was pretty much gone. I ended up handing out pieces of tape so they could tape their "stickers" on to their shirts. If get a chance I'll take Riley out and get some new labels and make some stickers that actually stick.
