We noticed that Gavin was getting a little stinky and it occurred to us that he hadn't been bathed since the day he was born. I know that there are some people who really love giving babies a bath (my mother is one of them) but Bryan and I aren't really into it. We are more likely to rinse a baby off in the shower. (Although I did see a cool baby bath in a magazine that temps me.)But a first bath is a ritual and we wanted to make sure we gave him one. My guess is that he won't get another one until we arrive on the East coast.
