Dried stuff only sometimes cleans up well

Clean-up tip of the day: Peas left on the floor overnight from the kids dinner are actually easier to clean up the next day, because they dry up nicely and are less apt to squish. The same is not true of baked beans, which I think would make a rather nice substitute for adhesive.
