She was fairly nonchalant about it, but I was tearing up. I'm going to miss the kids in her class. They all call me Megan's Mom as though it is my actual name and come over to tell me things at Megan's drop off and pick up time. Luckily we live close by, so we (I) can go back to visit.

Maura, she looks soooo old! I guess she is ready for kindergarten!
I think she looks much older all of the sudden too. On the way to school, I told her that she looks almost like a six-year-old - which she totally loved hearing.
