I brought Riley with me, which was a mistake. Next time I'll just leave him at daycare. It will be better for both of us, though it goes against my grain.
I didn't get to pay as much attention to watch was going on, because I spent most of my time physically restraining Riley from doing all the activities. There was another little boy, about Riley's age, who just sat on his dad's lap the whole time. My life would be so much easier if I had kids like that.
Here is some video* of Megan. It isn't great, because with my other hand I holding onto Riley or preventing him from eating my hair.
She is doing really well, even though it may not look like it on the video. The skills that they are working on now are more advanced (her class is all 5 and 6 year olds now) so she is really pushing her limits.
Her teacher told me he often uses her as an example, because her skills are so good. If you notice in the tumbling section, she can almost do a cartwheel now.
*The theme this week was sleepover party, which is why the instructors and some of the kids are wearing pajamas.
